We require that you complete our Client Leasing Application and outline your preferred luxury car of choice.

Please note that in order to rent a luxury car, we require the following:

● You must be 25 years old or older.
● You must have a valid drivers license.
● You must provide us with a matching valid credit card.
● You must have full coverage auto insurance.
● You must have no driving violations, restrictions or similar infractions.

As soon as the required information is verified, you will receive a lease agreement and security deposit invoice.

Anyone over the age of 25 (with a clean driving record) may lease a luxury car from The Classic Lifestyle. However, if you have DUI convictions, major violations, or similar infractions, you will not be eligible for leasing with us.

We warmly welcome prospective clients to view our luxury cars. However, we kindly request verification of your driver's license and auto insurance policy declaration before providing this service. Please note that all viewings are available strictly by appointment only. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline extending this courtesy at our discretion.

The Classic Lifestyle policy prohibits our luxury cars from the following:

● Unauthorized driver (anyone who is not reflected within the leasing agreement).
● Anyone without a drivers license or driver’s who have a suspended or restricted license.
● Racing, rallying, speed contest, speed test, demonstration on or near any race track or road course.
● Any illegal purpose or illegal activity.
● Pushing or towing.
● Exceeding any speed limits.
● Driving on an unpaved surface.
● Carrying persons or property for hire.
● Teaching someone how to drive.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to repossess the vehicle at any time, without prior notice to you, if our vehicle is found illegally parked, being used in violation of the law or the terms of the Rental Agreement or appears to be abandoned. If the vehicle is repossessed, you agree to pay all costs incurred by The Classic Lifestyle LLC in the repossession process.

All other terms and conditions listed on the Rental Policy

To secure advance reservations for rentals, full payment upfront is required to reserve and lock in the rental date and time of your choice. The deposit will be collected upon vehicle receipt. For chauffeur advance reservations, we also require full upfront payment for 3 Hour minimum service to secure your reservation date and time.

In case you wish to modify your reservation date, please inform us at least one week in advance. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds, but we will provide a rental credit equivalent to the amount already paid.

As a part of our "Good Faith" approach and standard procedure, we kindly request a security deposit equivalent to one day's rental cost (varies based on your chosen luxury car and daily rate). The complete security deposit is payable during collection and will be fully refunded within 72 hours after the vehicle's return, following a thorough inspection.

Each lease agreement includes an allowance of 100 complimentary miles per day. Any excess mileage will be charged at $3.00 per mile, and this amount should be settled prior to your departure. In case mileage is not paid before departure, the charge will be $5.00 per mile.

If the luxury car is returned past the agreed-upon date and time, a late fee of $200 per hour will be incurred.

Upon returning the vehicle, clients are responsible for refilling the fuel tank to the same level as it was during check-out. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of $5.00 per gallon. Furthermore, the fuel tank must be refilled with premium fuel, as instructed.

Our clients must have their own property damage and liability policies as well as uninsured motorist policy. To insure the vehicle while renting, the policy holder must upgrade the property damage coverage to match the value of the vehicle. It is typically $100,000 in coverage for Mercedes & Cadillac, while Lamborghini & Rolls-Royce require $250,000 in coverage . This is a quick and inexpensive adjustment you can make on the app, online, or by speaking to an agent.
